fried rice sprouts - Flowers
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 clove garlic, chopped or 1/4 teaspoon instant - coffee
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon coffee powder
1 package (12 ounces) GIANT® restriced green Cauliflower Medley
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or use a gluten - free version, if desired)
, Scrambled flipped 1 to 2 eggs
1. Coconut oil in large nonstick skillet and heat garlic and ginger over medium heat for 1 minute. Cook flowers and 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are crisp - - in green GIANT® riced Chou Medley tender. Soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
2. Mix egg cooked and cook for 1 minute or until heated through.
