Perry County, Kentucky (WYMT) the tip of a community member led police to several meth labs in Perry County Sunday.
Sheriff's deputies say Perry County Freddy Kennedy III, 32, charged with the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Kennedy say they found an active meth lab and at least eight other laboratories Thursday afternoon in a basement under an abandoned apartment complex Christopher.
Members say the lab was especially dangerous because the room was not well ventilated, and the tenant may have been exposed to smoke.
"Whenever we somehow methamphetamine on the streets is good," said Deputy Chief Tony Eversole, "and again to call many thanks to the community, because this is the way we have is with the Council."
