The product offers many applications and fast solutions that you get for your money. However, there are some notable disadvantages that prevent the wash / wax solution from being valid for everyone.

The instructions state that you only need one ounce of fluid per bucket of water that you use to clean a vehicle. It is assumed that the solution in the bucket foams when you fill in the liquid and mix. That's what happened when I put Wash & Wax in my bucket.

However, once everything was mixed, I noticed that the foam in the picture did not show up in my results. In summary, the washing part of the solution does not give the brilliant results announced by Rain-X.

Despite the lack of high quality foam, the waxing / washing process was simple and very comfortable. With a high-quality microfibre cloth or in my case a washcloth, the soapy water adheres to the surface to be cleaned and can easily clean the car paint. The liquid runs on the thin side, which means that it is quite fluid when applied. As a result, this is a cleaning solution that you definitely want to use the proven top-down washing method of a car.

Cleaning the solution is as quick and convenient as applying. All you need is a dry towel or chamois to quickly remove the applied solution. Note, however, that the elimination step is absolutely necessary as this solution will not forgive. If you let your vehicle dry out in the open air, you will notice traces of paint, stains and residue that do not look like the glow of a new car, especially on dark cars. and black

Ultimately, it depends largely on how you use Rain-X Wash & Wax. As I said earlier, this is an unscrupulous product, meaning you must follow the usual car wash tips and procedures to get the best coating.

If you let it dry outdoors, you will see spots. If you apply the solution in direct sunlight and dry, you will see stains. If you use a wrong cloth or other cleaning agents, you will probably see stains or worse.

In simple terms, it should be near perfect in its application. If you do everything, even if you apply it in the shade, dry it properly and get sufficient coverage from top to bottom, you can expect good results.

The cleaning solution itself leaves something to be desired.
