Cllr David A Bithell, Lead Member for Environment and Transport at the Council of Wrexham, said: "I am very pleased that we achieved this as an authority with the lowest number of flight - tipping incidents Country Wales, and it shows that both public and political awareness are desired for further use people off - to set effect fly - tipping.
"We take a zero - tolerance - approach to litter and fly - tipping in Wrexham, it is not acceptable, and an eyesore for local communities.
