DENVER - The woman from Denver warns consumers after she has commissioned the cleaning service "Practical" through its application. She delays the attitude, goes early, and leaves dust, dirt, and mud in her bathroom and in her room.
"As you can see, they were certainly not cleaned in the corner, there is hair, there is dirt, it is quite uncomfortable," said Sarah Maurer, showing photos of her apartment in Contact7 after cleaning.
Maurer saw a coupon in an envelope in his condo in Capitol Hill and bought a three-pack for $ 99 for cleaning. His first cleaning before a party that heated the house was a couple of cell phone cleaning products.
"They left in less than an hour," he said, adding that the delay was much less than the announced minimum of three hours.
Maurer has documented what he did when photographing and what not.
"They did not clean the floor, it's not even wet, I went in and looked in the bathroom, there was dirt on the floor, dirt behind the toilet," he said. "You can clearly see the mudspots (on the floor of the room)."
Angrily, Maurer makes an online connection to find dozens of star ratings on sites like Yelp and Better Business Bureau. His article on Nextdoor's experience found comments from several neighbors claiming they had bad experiences with cell phone cleaners, including cancellations or clean-ups below normal.
The company's Better Business Bureau profile includes a "B" rating, but has received 169 complaints in the last 12 months and a title that implies a compulsory mobile phone refund to Washington, DC in 2017 due to cleaning theft and trickery Consumers through fees and recurring fees.
"I would call it a scam," Sarah said.
