I also do all the cleaning anonymously, so there are no names or anything like that. People can't see where the house is or anything like that. So that's good. So you don't have to be embarrassed or anything.

You mentioned that it is an anonymous service and this way it avoids some of the embarrassment that people may feel. Could you talk a little bit about the mental health aspect of this service that you offer and how that can help alleviate some of the tension that people are feeling?

As a rule, it is depression or a mental illness. Or a traumatic event like losing your child, your husband, your wife. Something happened and these people feel like trash. Then their house looks like they are doing so badly.

And this is happening all over the world. I mean, you shouldn't be ashamed of it. But of course I know, because no one wants to live in a dirty house. Nobody wants that. But before I started these free cleanups, I volunteered at a suicide hotline or crisis hotline. So I know what mental health problems can do.

But there is always hope. There is always hope. That's why I want to continue doing these free cleans to help people. Because it's much better when the house is clean. After that your mind will be clear.

What do people tell you about what this offers them? You know, when you come home and suddenly find a completely changed house that is completely new.

They usually say it's a new beginning. And many, many of these people tell me, for example, that they start doing laundry after me. They start to organize their things.

It gives them energy and hope, especially hope that a problem can be solved. Everything can be repaired. That's why there's a lot of hope for something better in the future.

Are you surprised that there are fans that people are interested in seeing you clean dirty houses?

Yes, more or less. And more or less not, because cleanliness is something universal. Everyone has to clean, or almost everyone has to clean. So it's something completely normal. But I feel like my goal when I first started making regular cleaning videos was to show people how fun and sexy cleaning can be.

And then when I started doing these regular cleaning videos, people started asking me for help. So it was quite surprising that there were so many houses that needed my help and that people let me into their houses to clean.

Because it's not easy. It's not that easy because people are very ashamed of their homes. But I feel like a lot of people enjoy watching my videos because they've never seen anything like this before.

And that's why I like to tell stories about how things like that happen, you know? Because it's interesting. And people like to see things change. So yes, there are several aspects.

I feel like the service they offer, as well as the cleaning, addresses these people's situation without judgment. Does that seem right to you?

Yes, that is very accurate. And it helps people all over the world because there are many people in a similar situation. And people also send me before and after photos of how they cleaned their house themselves. It helps in many ways and is perfect.

And then people, after watching my videos, say, "Oh, my house isn't that bad." It's really a relief, you know?
