Carmine Palella, 59, of Arlington Heights, is facing intimidation charges and is being held in the Cook County Jail after threatening to kill workers at a Rolling Meadows cleaning company.
According to Cook County prosecutors, in June 2020 Palella began working for the cleaning company Rolling Meadows, which is located in a building owned by Palella's family. On January 31, 2022, Palella gave the cleaning company two weeks notice and informed the employee that he had found another job. His last day of work was scheduled for February 13, 2022.
