An American has found a solution to a problem that affects kitchens around the world: what to do with stained plastic containers?
Rebellious orange spots can be incredibly difficult to move, but a simple solution will make them go away in seconds.
Adi Kempler shared her technique on TikTok, revealing the common household item that makes a difference.
Kempler first adds detergent to the stained container, but then magic happens.

Put several torn paper towels in the bowl, close the lid and shake vigorously.
Spilling the soapy water (make sure the paper doesn't run down the drain) makes the container look clean and shiny.
"I never posted here, but I really wanted to share this tip on removing grease stains from Tupperware," wrote Kempler.
"This hack saved many of my friends from Tupperware. Give it a try!"
The video has now been viewed 3.5 million times and fans thanked Kempler for sharing the hack.
"It works, I've done it several times," said one of them.
Another said the council "could have changed my life".

American mother and influencer Jeannie @alittleaboutalot explained how she keeps her shower clean by always having a dishwasher with soap dispenser and toiletries on the shelf.
"I wanted to show you a shower and bath trick that I probably shared on YouTube 10 years ago. Have one in each of our showers and bathtubs," said Jeannie in a TikTok video, as it was viewed more than 365,000 times has been.
"I leave it here and after I finish showering, I clean the shower so there are no shower days for thorough cleaning."
Jeannie fills the soap dispenser with half the vinegar and half the detergent, runs it over the shower or bath, and then rinses it off.
She said piracy "makes cleaning easier because it never gets dirty," and even gets her kids to do it.
"I also have it in the boys' bathroom and after bathing the older ones only rub a little and it also keeps the bathroom clean," explained Jeannie.
