We all depend on things we have to give up. It can be anything from a ruined promise to a relationship that no longer serves you. Take stock of the things you could do to improve your life.
Make a list
Start by making a list, so take the time to evaluate what's good for your life and what's not. What seems more harmful, get rid of it. It's time to do your spring cleaning (both physically and emotionally) before the start of the summer.

You can start with your wardrobe and throw away the clothes that you no longer use. Give them, save them or give them to charities. Really think about what you need and what you do not have. Why do you have something you never used? Or why do you keep the clothes and blouses that you never wear? Clean up the mess, remove things you do not need. When writing your list, think about things that you can not do without and those that are really important to you. Remember that they are just things, they are just things and can be replaced.
