The color affects how you feel? Of course! You may not have a major impact on a given day, but over time, if you spend a lot of time at home.
Find, dull or lethargic around the house? If so, can warm and bright colors lighten the mood. If you tend to be anxious ,, calm, cool colors can bring some important for life at home resting.
At the end of the day you should choose colors, that make you happy, regardless of color theory, but let's see a little color commonly used and the effect they can have on their emotions.

- It stimulates the brain and enhances creativity

- Clarifies rooms by reflected light
- Give room appear larger and to make you feel open more energy and less stress
Consider these colors, but we also know that most of the shade is the color itself. A color as green can be relaxing or stimulating as it is hot or cold.
When it is hot (a more yellow than blue), can be cheerful and stimulating. Have a calming effect when colder (more blue than yellow).
Lighting
Our brains know how much sunlight we receive. Too much or too little can affect your mood and change their natural sleep rhythm, and it is difficult to be happy when you are well rested.
Be sure to leave plenty of natural light in your home. Large windows and skylights help keep your energy levels. Good lighting can increase your concentration during the day. If natural light is not an option, halogen lamps mimic sunlight and can help your body clock on the calendar.
Plants
Not only do plants have been proven to make people happier , but it can also improve your health by cleaning the air. Some people thrive on chaos, but for most people, the disease caused stress and guilt. An area of disorganized life can feel overwhelmed us, get disorganized and out of control. It is a cycle that is hard to break, but do not give up.
Sometimes it's not really mess that makes us stressed. We have too much space and not enough. Consider some of the things that are not used when congestion is a problem for you.
