It was clear that the house needed work. After viewing the house, they couldn't find anything crazy on site. That is, until the buyers finally close the house and start renovating. As they began to remove the flooring, they discovered a disturbing sight: the sub-floors were completely soaked with urine from the previous owner's pets.
