The Abbotsford Police Traffic Control Unit is running a series of free virtual sessions entitled "Youth Vehicle Maintenance 101".
Each session includes a question and answer phase, as well as lots of tips to help new drivers keep driving.

The second session will take place on May 11th from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is entitled What's Under the Hood? The officers will show you how to "thoroughly clean" a vehicle, detonate a battery, check the fluid level, and much more.
The third session will take place on May 25th from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and will focus on motorcycle maintenance. In this lesson, officers will cover servicing spring-loaded motorcycles, performing an oil change, checking tire pressures, brake pads, signs of rodent damage, and the location of oil filters.
These sessions must be pre-registered through Eventbrite. Interested parties must register by 7:00 p.m. the day before the lesson. After registration you will receive a link from Zoom.
