One Woman's simple cleaning trick removes dirt from kitchen tiles quickly and easily.

The woman posted the cleaning tip on a popular Facebook page and explained how she uses detergent to remove dirt and grime from between her kitchen tiles.

Removing dirt from tiles can be a chore, but it doesn't have to be difficult.

It may just take a regular household item and a few minutes to transform your floors.

Now a woman has revealed her secret to cleaning her kitchen tile, and it's extremely easy to try at home.

The Australian revealed her trick on a popular Facebook page, claiming she used OMO-active laundry detergent.

She only paid 10 AUD (around £ 5) for it and you can purchase a similar item for a similar price from your local UK store.

The lady said, "All I did was use two tablespoons of OMO, a gallon of hot water, and a Woolworths scrubbing brush.

"It was pretty easy to remove. I was shocked.

"I tried to saturate the grout with lots of water, but had to get on my knees to scrub it off.

"Which isn't ideal because my knees are wet, so I took a step back."

Used a store-bought brush with stiff bristles which helped.

The woman admitted she had just poured powder into the bucket, dampened the brush, and started scrubbing.

She continued, "It was used brilliantly, but I found it too sparkling.

"I then cleaned the floor with a floor cleaner to remove any residue from OMO and make sure it wasn't slippery."
