Chantel Mila, known on TikTok as @mama_mila, is a cleaning expert who said it's important to clean your fridge and kitchen sink regularly because dirt accumulates in those places faster than you think.
She shared her top three tips to keep them fresh.
A CLEAN REFRIGERATOR
The plastic shelves and drawers in your fridge are often covered in sticky residue and unsightly stains.
To get rid of those unwanted blemishes and make it shine, you need three ingredients:
Mix equal parts water and vinegar with 2 tablespoons vanilla extract in a spray bottle, then use this solution throughout the fridge.
Wipe it down with a towel and you're good to go.
SHINE THE SINK
Once you've gotten rid of all those dishes and leftovers that have been piling up in the sink, you'll want to make the silver surface shine.
Chantel recommends wiping the baby oil off with a towel over the sink.

The oily properties of the product ensure that the shine lasts longer than normal washing-up liquid.
ELIMINATE ODOR
Even when your fridge looks clean, sometimes smells linger that you just can't get rid of.
To prevent this, Chantel advised placing used coffee grounds in a small bowl or mug and storing them in the refrigerator.
The nitrogen in coffee helps neutralize odors in the air quickly and safely.
