Rinse out after every ride.

Rinsing after each ride is especially important in summer. On dry roads, dust and dirt may accumulate in your bottle and mix with your sports drink to maintain hydration. This means that you must be careful to clean the lid and nozzle, not just the part of the container of your bottles.

Soap and water

vinegar solution
If you've really neglected your bottle, whether it still contains fluids or was not rinsed properly the last time, it's time to apply serious cleaning methods. There are many small places where raw items can grow in a bottle of water. If you leave it for more than a few days, the conditioner may not be enough.
A ratio of white vinegar and water of 1: 4 helps your water bottle to a purer state. This DIY solution is cheap and effective. Put the diluted mixture in a bottle, shake and let rest for a while. A few hours are good, but it does not hurt anymore. Open it, rub the bottle (including the mouthpiece!) And rinse well.

Some bottles of water are uneconomical. If a solid mold garden develops there, it might be time to drop that bottle of water.
