I'm a bit like the doll Bubba J by Jeff Dunham on the subject.
"I'm tired of hearing that most NASCAR fans drink too much," Bubba said.
Jeff then asks, "Why is not that true?"
"No, it's true, I'm just tired of listening to him," Bubba said.
I'm tired of people talking about how kids get into cars. Yes, that's absolutely true. I have 4 kids and yes, they will ruin the inside of a car so it crawls on the skin. I'm tired of listening to him all the time in Facebook groups, on Twitter, and sometimes in person.
In this article, I explain why you should stop worrying and just get the white interior (assuming, of course, that the white interior is your thing).
Reason # 1: The seats are good
As Tesla tested the white seats with children over 20,000 kilometers and struggled very well. The people who deal with Interwebs' white interiors always receive the same answer from the current owners: they are surprisingly resilient!
If you are worried about stains, crumbs and other things, relax. It will be fine.
"When you are ready, you will not be afraid."
One of the verses of the script I grew up with comes to mind. If you are still worried, do what the explorers do: "Be prepared."
You will find that the Like Tesla family has planned their potential problems. Some things they suggested:
- Leave the baby towels in the car (you will need them anyway, right?).
- Have Mr. Net's magic eraser ready.
- Car seats can and will carry your leather seats and vegan leather seats. So get seat covers for car seats if you have children.
The only thing that can really hurt is when something that can leave stains stays sitting for weeks or months, but it's pretty hard to handle white sitting. The damage is too big to be lost. With regular inspection, cleaning, suction and inspection, there should be no problem.
As a Uber and Lyft rider, I would recommend two other things if you want to experience a smooth experience with a white interior:
- Buy two small containers of liner and stack them.
- Put a Turtle Wax internal cleaning box (of the type with a built-in brush) in the boxes.
- Add an Ozium air freshener spray.
- Add a small spray of glass cleaner and a roll of paper towel.
- Add a few extra bags as food.
If you put this little cleaning kit on your back, you can handle almost anything drunk or adult children can throw at you. Nearly. When the kids say "My stomach hurts!", Give them one of the dice. Use other accessories to remove any damage.
Cleaning kits in the car greatly facilitate the quick cleaning of the interior during the charging process. Also for carpets Scotchgard is your friend. Use it regularly. Or, but do not say I did not tell you.

If this applies to your life, make sure that you are ready to change the diapers by having a good diaper bag. This should include something that you can put under the child while you change it. As most parents know, it sometimes happens that Poo and Pee come out as if driven by something SpaceX would build. Elon Musk should probably learn to build the next Raptor because babies find a way to surprise everyone with their rocket. Elon has kids, maybe that's his secret.
Anyway, "that" is everywhere. If you have a cleaning kit ready, you can clean it. Even if the mess is eliminated, you may find that something less than pleasant happened in the cabin, which is why I recommended Ozium.
A spare shirt in your pocket is also good. Or keep it in a vacuum that I've heard to make an excellent changer in a hurry.
It will also do less damage. The key here is "Do not be scared!" And put on a towel. The towels can be useful. Lay the towel on the back or in the trunk with the other cleaning agents.
