There is nothing worse than putting a lot of dirty crockery and cutlery in the dishwasher to make it less than shiny.
However, one woman found that placing the shelf in the cutlery drawer, rather than the usual place, guaranteed more effective cleaning.
On average, women spend around 4.5 hours a day doing their homework, so you can save time and energy with clever tips.
The revelation came after a woman named Leticia posted a message in the Facebook Hacks cleaning group asking for advice on how best to use a dishwasher.
"In my 40s and more, I never used my dishwasher, except maybe sometimes," he wrote.
"But with two more people in the house and more time for training, I think it's time!
"I need the best methods, tips and tricks, and the best things to use indoors."
The members of the group did not disappoint with their advice. A woman named Heather suggested advice to put the dishes on the dishwasher.
"I thought it would be much better to put the tray in the cutlery basket than to support it sufficiently," he advised.
Another woman named Sandra agreed, "I throw a tablet on the floor and not on a shelf."
A third, Tina, suggested that the time of day could reduce the bills.
Did you try these cleaning tips?
- The use of cleaning cloths made of natural materials (instead of conventional yellow dust collectors) is more effective in controlling dust.

- Clean your coffee grinder by pushing uncooked brown rice.
- Use a lint roller to remove hair and dust from screens or speakers.
- Place a damp cloth on a screwdriver to enter the room under the toilet tank.
"I use my every night, I run it after 8 pm when the electricity is cheaper," he wrote.
Tina also said that the fluid is better than the capsules.
"I prefer the liquid to the pods because it's cheaper," he said.
"Our last dishwasher broke down and the mechanic found that the plastic wrap was stuck around the basket."
And a woman named Lisa added, "Instead of buying a rinse aid, try white distilled vinegar, shine dishes and glasses (like your windows)."
