Step 1. Cut the junk food.

Another way to stay fit while spending less is cleaning your home. It's like killing two birds with one stone: you've got a house with no clutter and a healthy body. Wear comfortable clothing, switch on the music and start dusting. Clean the windows, the kitchen floor and the bathroom. You can even add an extra challenge by doing squats by folding or sharing clothes while vacuuming.
