A man who started a cleaning company without a license was heavily punished for throwing garbage bags.
The South Oxfordshire District Council successfully sued Grant Brown of Littlemore, who was sentenced to pay nearly £ 1,500 for crimes related to commercial waste.
At age 23, in Dudgeon Drive, on Monday, July 29, he pleaded guilty to two cases of rotting in the Oxford District Court.
The first batch of waste was discovered on 4 January at Henley Road in Sandford-on-Thames and on 7 January at Heyford Hill Lane in Littlemore.

The two air councils contained the details of an Oxford address.
South Oxfordshire District Council officials found the address and the resident informed them that they had a contract with Oxford Cleaning Services to clean the house and remove the garbage.

Brown founded the cleaning company in January 2019 and told the board officials that this was his first contract.
He admitted that he had failed to ensure that he had the right documents for the disposal of the waste and its proper disposal.
He said he had handed over the garbage to another person for whom he had not provided any information, and the garbage had been handed over to Littlemore and Sandford.

According to Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act of 1990, Brown was provided with a waste protection obligation and another levy under the 1990 Environmental Protection Act. 1989 Amendment of the immission control law for the transport of waste without permission.
He was sentenced to 400 pounds and 656.70 pounds, 396 pounds and a supplement of 30 pounds per victim for a total of 1,482 pounds.
David Rouane, a member of the Housing and Environment Cabinet of the Southern Oxfordshire District Council, said: "This case reminds all companies, whether they are well established or newly established, to waste their records on their disposal
"If they intend to transport waste, they must obtain a permit to the Department of the Environment for the transport of waste."
