DJ Chris Evans says he relaxes while cleaning and enjoys eight-kilometer races at work.
The host of the Virgin Breakfast Show also rated bedtime, beet, tomato and cranberry juice at 7.30pm as one of his tips for a "happy life".
The 53-year-old father, 53, who made giant alcohol banners with his friends Danny Baker and Paul Gascoigne in the 1990s, told the Sunday Times: "I meditate by thinking, walking, or ordering the kitchen every day."
He does not eat 16 hours a day and only allows himself to eat eight hours a day.
He saved alcohol and meat for the weekend and said, "I got rid of my phone on January 21, 2019. I didn't miss a second."
He added: "Drink a magnesium drink every day, drink a spoonful of manuka honey a day, drink a good spoonful of a pot a day.
"Run five kilometers to work every day. Ten kilometers in total: take part in a marathon or half marathon at least every three months.
"Let all the pioneers in your life: A sure sign of a pioneer is someone who spends most of his time talking about others.
"Mixing with zapper got rid of my cell phone on January 21, 2019, I never missed a second.
"Get tested for all three Cs every five years: skin cancer, colon / colon cancer, prostate cancer.
"Eliminate all other illnesses that affect well-being (I recently had my varicose veins in the microwave and it's like I have new legs, incredible!").
