To return to the day, Foot Locker and Crep Protect are launching an IGTV series entitled "Sneaker Cleaning Day Prep School" that includes tips on how to keep your classic and new sneakers clean. This is a three-part series that appears on Foot Locker's Instagram account, @footlocker, and is hosted by Conceited . The series ends on July 11th with a question and answer session where customers can also purchase gift cards from retailers.

"For our customers, we know that protecting their most desirable kicks is as important as choosing a new couple. We hope this will bring our shoe communities everywhere together to update their summer collections, "said Richard McLeod, Vice President Marketing at Foot Locker, in a statement.

In addition to the IGTV series and questions and answers, buyers also have the opportunity to win Crep Protect products for one year. To win, you must publish the custom Instagram shoe cleaning filter in your Instagram stories, both tag @footlocker @crepprotect and use the hashtag " # SneakerCleaningDay2020 ". In addition, a limited number of Crep Protect kits will be available through surprise gifts. To win, customers must be FLX members.

"Crep Protect is pleased to partner with Foot Locker to make Shoe Cleaning Day a global event," said Stephen Spellacy, international sales manager for Crep Protect, in a statement. "We can bring the idea to more continents and immensely strengthen social communication."
