Ms. Hinch is known for her cleaning tips and tricks and has amassed an army of fans over the past few years.
And recently, 30-year-old Sophie Hinchcliffe published an insightful memoir to help her fans learn a little more about the face behind the Instagram icon.
The book, titled This Is Me, has become a bestseller since its release on October 1, and many of its 3.8 million Instagram followers have taken a copy.
As many tune in daily to take a look at their pristine world and family life with husband Jamie and son Ronnie, the book reveals details about their lives that were largely unknown until now.
If you are open to talking about topics like her family life and childhood, here are some things you know and don't know about Ms. Hinch.
1. Was bullied as a teenager
Born in Basildon, Essex, the mother of one child grew up in a friendly neighborhood that felt like a "very safe place" and describes itself as a "messy, mean, clumsy and impulsive child".
Sophie explained: "As children we were by no means 'rich', but mom and dad made sure that we didn't want anything and that there was always a lot of love in our house.
But just like Sophie is the target of trolls today, the cleaning star fought as a teenager in school.
In the book, she explains that her friends "have started to shut her out pretty tough".
She said, "Every morning I went to school with hot coals and got tired of not knowing whether they would lock me up that day or not ... most of the time I had the silent treatment.
But later she found another group of friends with whom she is still close today.
2. Her husband Jamie took the first step
She previously mentioned that she and Jaimie, 41, met while working at a sales company, but her book describes exactly how their friendship became the relationship it is today.
Jamie was in charge of Sophie's training and after months of flirting they decided to take action and Jamie emailed her to question her.
Sophie recalls: "About nine months after we met, Jamie took the first step when he emailed me asking if I wanted to eat after work.
"Obviously he was screaming inside, but I was trying to play well."
It wasn't long before they moved in together in 2016 and married a year later in an extravagant ceremony at Gosfield Hall.
Sophie added, "Being married hasn't changed us as a couple, although we definitely feel more like a team.
"I love to talk about 'my husband'. It still tickles me a little. I have a husband!" "
3. Your mother knew she was pregnant before she did.
Sophie and Jamie had been trying to have a baby for a few months, but when she gave up all hope, her mother suggested that she take a test based on a feeling she was having.
Ms. Hinch wrote: "I went to my mother's home for a cup of tea one night in October and she seemed strangely concerned about my behavior.
"I said I was a little tired and wanted to go home and snuggle up on the couch at night.
"She looked me straight in the eye and said, 'Take a pregnancy test, Soph.'
The Instagram star had doubts but was tested anyway and found that she was pregnant with Ronnie.
"I couldn't believe my mother was new before me!" She wrote.
4. She fought like mom
Parenthood is a challenge at best, and like many others, Hinch and Jaimie admit they struggled along the way.
"(There is) tremendous guilt that no matter how hard you try, you cannot get rid of it. I keep fighting against it, "writes Sophie.
"I couldn't love him anymore, but I keep wondering.
Added, "Should I do this? Do I know the answer? Did I do something wrong? Should we have done something else there? Is there anything better for him?"
And worry too. Worry about worry!
5. You and Jamie always want to "tear off their clothes"
Like many young mothers, Sophie worried that her sex life with Jamie was going to be boring.
She wrote: "I had the same concerns, I'm sure many couples have after giving birth. I was afraid that we would lose our spark and that Jamie would not see me as before. ""
Ms. Hinch continued, "Let's say I spent a lot of time watching Ronnie's birth and I wondered if she would ever find me so attractive afterward.
He admitted that his marriage is stronger than ever and said, "If I randomly stare at him, he will say, 'Are you flirting with me?' And one thing leads to another and everything starts from there.
And how do you know your marriage is still going strong? Well, "as long as you want to rip your clothes off more than you want to rip your head off, you'll be fine," he says.
6. The trolls "destroyed" them
Essex's mother regularly talks about how trolls make her feel, but in the book, Sophie describes how much she has suffered.
She said, "The truth is that, far from the life you see on Instagram, these people have almost destroyed me and that for the first time in my life I am taking medication for depression and anxiety. it is due in large part to what they have. Give me ...
"I know that I am being watched by many people who love me (and that I love me too!) And that 98% of those who follow me are lucky enough to be in my life.
"But there are people in my life who laugh at me, analyze everything, analyze every movement and separate me by what I say, the way I look and the way I speak.
He added, "I may feel like trolls tore me apart in the past, but I promise I am on the mend."
"I am stronger now than ever and I will fight against it. They won't silence me and they won't win.
In the meantime, Hinch has already taken a look behind the scenes of his glamorous book cover.
And recently she criticized trolls for accusing her of gaining weight, claiming that "fat Soph is back".
