Have you ever had trouble when socks fall apart and disappear in your laundry?
A smart shopper has found a great way to solve the problem: use a 30 P bag of vegetables.
The man shared a photo of his socks, which were placed in the mesh bag so that they stay together and are easy to find after washing.
Speaking to the Facebook group, Ms. Hinch Cleaning Tips said, "I don't know if it was released before, but I've seen these 'veg' bags in Sainsburys for 20p (I think they were really cheap!) And they are made from bottles 100% recycled plastic.
"It can be washed at 30 degrees and I thought it would be great to keep my socks together so I don't lose them while I wash them!"
"I'm tired of having strangers when they go out."
Many people were very impressed with this clever idea and said they wanted to try it out for themselves.
Others said they actually paid 30 pence for the bags, but said they had already used them at home and the results were good.
One person wrote: "Great idea, thanks for posting."
Another added: "It is also good for bras because they don't get tangled up with other items."
And one of them commented, "What a great idea, I need one, because like everyone who laundered clothes, they're thieves of socks."
