My hair is dry. I also have split ends. What's the cure?
Heat pure coconut oil and apply to hair twice a week. Also applies to the ends. Then, dip a towel in the hot water, squeeze the water out, and wrap the hot towel around your head like a turban. Leave on for 5 minutes. Repeat the warm towel wrap 3 or 4 times. Use a mild herbal shampoo. Use less shampoo and rinse well with water. After washing, apply creamy conditioner, use less and massage the hair lightly. Also applies to the ends. Leave on for 2 minutes and rinse with clean water. You can also apply a few drops of a leave-in hair product or serum. Apply in the same way but do not rinse.

Q. After I wash my hair, it will start to smell in a day or two. Please help.
A. You should wash your hair every day, use very little shampoo, and dilute it with water. Rinse well. After washing, add the juice of one lemon and half a cup of rose water to a cup of water and use as a final rinse. Once a week, heat the olive oil and apply it to the scalp with a cotton ball and rub it in gently. Let it work all night. The next morning, add the juice of one lemon to your scalp and wash your hair after 15 minutes. Weekly applications of henna will help. Add 4 teaspoons of lemon juice and coffee, 2 teaspoons of oil and enough water to the powdered henna tea and blend into a thick paste. Prepare tea water by boiling the used tea leaves again in sufficient water, cooling and filtering the liquid. Apply the henna to your hair and wash off after an hour. Include fresh fruits, raw salads, sprouts, and yogurt in your daily diet. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Put the juice of one lemon in a glass of water and drink in the morning.
Q. How do I know my skin type?
A. The feel and appearance of your skin is a good indicator of your skin type. With dry skin, the pores are small and the skin thin. Oily skin is prone to blackheads, pimples, and acne. When you wake up in the morning, wipe your face with a tissue before washing or wiping it. If the fabric is clean, your skin is normal to dry. If the fabric is stained or oily, your skin is normal to oily. Using different fabrics for different areas, wipe your forehead, nose and chin with one tissue, and clean your cheeks with another. This will help you know if you have combination skin.
Q. I have lines on my neck that make me look older. How can i get rid of it?
A. Before bathing, apply (bis) sesame oil daily and massage your neck with your chin down. Apply sunscreen before going out in the sun. In the evening after cleansing, apply a nourishing cream to the neck and massage in with a few drops of water. Massage with both hands, one hand at a time, from the chin down. The pressure should go down, not up, and return to the chin. You can also opt for a weekly massage in the salon. Also apply a mask on the neck.
