In the livelihood crisis, many experts have offered advice on how to use a washing machine most efficiently. Now a cleaning expert has given tips on how to be more efficient with your underwear.
Clean queen Aggie Mackenzie said we all wash our underwear too much and shared tips on how to extend wear time and keep them fresher for longer. TV-Personality Who Wrote 'How Clean Is Your House?' moderated by channel 4? prompted women to use a simple hack for their panties , the Mirror reports.
"Using panty liners means you can keep your pants fresher for a lot longer, so you can change your panties every other day," Aggie told The Sun.
She also added a tip for bras, but that depends on how much you sweat. She said: "The general rule of thumb is that washing bras after every third wear will keep them fresh."
The expert then gave general advice for all garments that fall under underwear. First, he advises hanging freshly washed panties in the sun. The sun's ultraviolet rays are a great, natural way to get rid of bacteria and odors.
However, sunny days for drying clothes can be limited, so Aggie suggests using a steamer or iron to remove odors and kill bacteria. As for children's clothes, he also says that you don't have to wash them as often as adults' because they smell a lot less. The cleaning guru advises parents to deal with spills and stains instead of heading to the washing machine.
