Self-proclaimed gypsy sisters Kayla, Nettie and Mellie from West Virginia, USA love to share their way of life.

And the sisters revealed what it takes to live like a traveler and be the perfect gypsy housewife.

First of all, it 's about how to cook, clean and present, because the appearance of the room is just as important.

The first step is to make sure your house is as clean as possible. The sisters love pine cleaners to keep their house smelling fresh and call it a "gypsy tradition".

Kayla takes us step by step on TLC on how she peaks and how much time she has at home.

Kayla insists that everything in her kitchen needs to be whitewashed, going so far as to whitewash her kitchen at least two or three times a day.

The mother even admitted, "When my babies were little, I cleaned all their bottles with bleach."

Cleaning the couch is a top priority, as Kayla explains: "This is where the whole community gets off, which means it has to be the cleanest."

Kayla uses hot water and pine cleaner to scrub her couch with a stiff bristle brush.

Not only does it come out clean, but Kayla adds that it "puffs up the couch" to keep it looking new.

She said: "As a gypsy mom and a homemaker, we keep in touch, we keep everything out of the way.

"So it's a lot of maintenance to keep it clean and keep track of everything that goes with houses, but it's definitely worth it."

After cleaning the sofa, Kayla uses the same brush to use fabric softener mixed with water to keep the sofa fresh.

The sisters also said that cooking is an important part of the life of a Roma housewife and that they know a variety of recipes to feed their families.

Another important part of being a gypsy housewife is good looks, and sisters Nettie and Millie decided to show how to get the looks of an entertainment producer.

One of the first steps is to tie a bow at the front of the bodice to show off a small bump. It's also important to wear the belt just below the hips, and a glittery belt adds extra glamour.

Next is makeup, where the sisters use an airbrush primer to create a flawless foundation they call "the gypsy secret."

Bling is very important and bracelets are the perfect accessory because you can stack them.

At the end of the makeover, the producer was shocked by her transformation.

The sisters also shared some of their favorite parenting tips .

"Love her, be very tough and firm, but with girls you also have to be a friend so you know everything that's going on in their life," Kayla said.

She explains that a good way to do this was to take them out to have their nails done and make sure they dress stylishly.
