• Consumers have the right to expect a chemical cleaning is done with due care and skill performed.

• Dry cleaners are responsible for tissue damage caused by the dry cleaning process.

• Consumers should immediately check the elements of dyeing and report the problem immediately.

Be • Compensation for lost or damaged items claimed.

• If the cleaning is unsuccessful, consumers may be reimbursed the cost of cleaning.
