Lisa Heyer: April ... Spring fever

I do not know about you, but that's exactly how I feel when spring comes every year. This is a time when we celebrate Easter to come the heat of the celebration, flowers, activities, the sun and the pre-season and summer.

Some of our topics in April are "spring action", ready to sell your home, what they do with their tax revenue in 2014, Spring Cleaning for providers and how buyers can plant now and harvest later. Preparation activities; Get ready, ready and go.

This week's topic is willing to sell for ever, to focus on. I chose this topic because everything is sold on the market right now. Insufficient ready to accommodate buyers looking for.
