The spring cleaning series continues with fans and lighting.
If possible, remove the balloons so they can soak in the sink or bucket. Any accessories that cannot be removed can be washed with a cloth dampened with the cleaning solution.
TIP: A non-toxic light cleaning solution can be used to soak the lights or applied with a damp cloth. It's also great to use in a vaporizer.
• 1 2/3 cup of baking soda
• ½ cup of liquid soap
• ½ water
• 2 tablespoons. White wine vinegar
Use a soft green scrubbing sponge to remove stubborn dirt from crevices. Most of the dirt can be easily removed with the cleaning solution, sponge or cloth.
Replace non-working lamps and clean the base of the lamp.
For ceiling fans, use a paper towel to remove large amounts of dust before cleaning them with a damp cloth . After removing the topmost layer of dust, use a cleaning solution and a damp cloth to properly clean the fan blades. You shouldn't have to dry them out once your cloth has been wrung out well.
TIP: Now is a good time to check the lightbulbs in your oven, refrigerator, and cabinets to make sure they are working.

The stray triplets could have taken a very different route, but after learning a profession, the brothers are now reaping the rewards for their honest hard work and giving back to the community they love.
The 28-year-old trio of Chris, Callum, and Jerrell Street who run We Clean Windows Ltd have redesigned Thornton Heath Pond after donating their free time to electricity washing the entire area to help volunteers try to clean the place and protect green.
Chris, who dropped out of school after being deported and sent to a student counseling center, said, "We were bad. We had some problems with our friends like all the other children at Thornton Heath. We just didn't do anything else.
"Then one day we went into the area and did a little cleaning and found it was money and people wanted us to do it well. They gave us advice and it felt like a good game and we didn't look back ... it got us off the road.
"We settled in together and started from scratch. We had to learn a lot. It took us a long time to get out but now it's going very well.
They started cleaning windows in December 2015 and verbally built a customer base. Quickly asked if they could provide other services, they went into power laundry, gutter and roof cleaning, dry cleaning, and garbage disposal.
Chris said, "I'm the type of guy who likes to do my own thing. I realized that having a boss wasn't going to work. Many children do not like to be told what to do, they want to be independent. For me, I needed my own rules. So if I made mistakes, I learned from them and had no one to blame but myself.
"We started from scratch ... definitely something now. I am much happier with myself because I achieved something.
Chris shared how a friend of his was in jail and others he grew up with were stabbed to death. the violence.
He said, "If you don't have plans for the day, don't expect anything and find yourself in routines and bad habits every day. I could have been. When I look at this and myself in the situation, I'm really happy with myself now.
"I love my region, I grew up here and that made me what I am today.
Now the triplets are strengthening themselves and have founded a Gain A Trade company, which teaches the young people practical skills in a student orientation unit.
Chris said, "We have learned a lot from our mistakes and now we can share our mistakes and what we have learned with them so they don't have to wait so long. You can certainly make money legitimately. It's about having the right motivation and being surrounded by the right, positive people. ".
Commenting on The Pond, Chris: "We just share our skills. It doesn't take a lot of effort to get the job done because we love to get our job done. The neighborhood looks a bit shabby to be honest, but it's just bad because nobody cares.
"People hate Croydon and Thornton Heath because they think they're the slums, but that's just because the city isn't doing anything about it. You don't clean it. When you've cleaned everywhere, just imagine what it would look like! I only eat one business, I know I can't fix it all.
"When we went to the pond, they liked to say that it now has a good atmosphere and energy. It looks so much better than the gray and dark feeling over there with beer cans all over the place and they've started taking care of it.
"I've told some of them that they throw cans on the floor to keep them clean because we don't do it for money and they'd rather relax in a nasty or clean place." and they began to put the cans in the containers.
"If people want to contribute with our services, we can do so more often because we spend 10% on expenses. At least they give back to keep the place clean.

There is no doubt that swimming pools are a significant investment. Many decisions that can make or break the project involve investing in a swimming pool. The basics are cost, garden details, pool type and size.
Before discussing the three design tips to keep in mind when planning your pool design, it is a good idea to think about your reasons for buying a pool. Would you like a pool to breathe fresh air, sun and exercise? Would you like a pool around which guests can gather for a party or business meeting? Would you like a pool to add value to your property?
Whatever the reason you want a pool, keep these three pool design tips in mind when choosing a contractor, pick the type of pool you want, and then think about how to install it once it's ready.
Design tip # 1: what is the pool budget?
Owners can choose between pools: in-ground or above-ground. Inground pools are built from scratch, while above-ground pools are installed. Depending on where you are in the country, above-ground pools can cost several hundred to $ 1,000. More elaborate or larger pools can cost anywhere from $ 1,000 to $ 8,000.
Inground pools are more expensive. Just the simple deck and fence around the pool start at around $ 20,000. Add in decks, gardens, lights, spas, and fountains, and you're looking for anywhere from $ 50,000 to $ 100,000. Also, remember that opening and closing the pool at any time of year, maintenance, detergents, chemicals, and the electricity bill are all part of a pool budget .
Design tip # 2: build the garden character
It's not entirely impossible to build a pool in a back yard with a low or steep incline. Some construction equipment and the latest technology can do this. The trick is to find the spot where construction teams like bobcats and backhoe loaders can roam the house and yard to dig your new pool. In a confined space, your neighbor can allow their fence to be removed long enough for the pool to be built.
Rock sites are also included in this tip. When bulldozers start digging, they sometimes hit rocks. It can be randomly placed stones or a bedrock.
In either case, it will take the machines longer to remove the stone. Sometimes a jackhammer attachment is added to excavators to break up and remove the stone. This increases the cost and construction time of the pool.
There are two types of backyard soils: sandy or loamy. Clay soils absorb water, expand and contract. This presents the entrepreneur with special considerations. An additional support in the form of steel and concrete is integrated into the pool.
The sandy bottom moves. In this case, the contractors will consolidate the hole with 2x4 lumber and plywood. This provides a framework as contractors continue to remove the soil.
Water and utility lines are also included in this tip. Contractors pump water when they are working on other phases of construction. Contractors take special care not to dig over utility lines. In some older parts of the city, however, they are not assigned. Some supply lines can be laid. It is seldom necessary to move the entire pool, but it does happen.
Design tip 3: which pool size is right for you?
Size and style are a matter of personal choice as well as the property's performance. The style is also influenced by local government restrictions on springboard depth, fences, setbacks, and nearby utility lines. Your contractor should be familiar with these as well as the approval and zoning process.
