Children launches new primary belt cleaner

The main band K-Smartscraper Cleaner is a new concept in the cleaning tape. It is lightweight (weighs only 9 kg) and is a conventional cleaning blade cleaning tape style tungsten carbide powerful alternative. Cleaning the K-edge Smartscraper consists of a series of high-quality, abrasion-resistant, ceramic tips.

The hardness is a good indicator of the ability of a material to resist wear and abrasion: K-ceramic tips Smartscraper has 92% of the alumina content, with a hardness of about 9 on the Mohs Scale (for reference, the rate of Mohs hardness of diamond is 10).

Ceramic tips are inclined to go clean the conveyor closely and effectively remove 90% of the transfer of losses in the flow of matter and the judgment of the need to provide resources for the labor-intensive cleaning awkward assign work in confined spaces in the conveyor frame and the environment.

Even if the belt is supported in the middle, a crowned or pulley is used the K-Smartscraper tape drive is capable of maintaining the level of purity of the effective band.

The patented mounting system K-Smartscraper stretched spring design is self-regulating and reducing the need for additional maintenance in progress. On one important aspect of personal safety belt cleaner eliminates the risk of danger in the close cooperation with parts of the conveyor.

The simplicity of design, combined with its lightweight design makes the new Cleaner relatively easy to install child primary belt. It is suitable for materials, wet bulb temperature, powder and high adhesion, including iron ore, limestone, coal, sinter, stoneware, clay, fertilizer and clinker.

Mounting options are cross type (default), the V-type and matched. The belt cleaner is suitable for all bandwidths.
