20 + an hour to do: cleaning positions and HANDYMAN !!!

Little Helpers currently rent looking 2-5 people friendly and professional craftsmen and cleaning. This position of a 1099 contractor.
Please note the following use of tiles and features such as: Read all BEFORE

HANDYMAN: carpentry, furniture assembly, mounting swing-set, high-pressure cleaning, etc.
- More than 2 years experience craftsman / carpenter
- More than 2 years of customer service
00-18: 00 and a couple of Sundays must be 8 available
Must speak English (more bilingual)
You must be able to lift at least 55 lbs
Must the instructions detail-oriented and follow his true
Valid driver's license Illinois (Good Record)
-A Vehicle in good condition (provide transportation if needed)
Telephone -charger requires - (must be able to contact you while at work)

Cleaning Cleaning: homes, offices, condominium lobby cleaning etc.
- 2 years experience cleaning / janitorial cleaning
- 2 years of customer service
Must be Monday Available - Sat 8: 00-18: 00 with some Sundays
Must speak English (more bilingual)
You must be able to lift at least 30 pounds for girls
Must Detail oriented cleaning and organizing.
-Valid ID / driver's license Illinois (Bon file)
-A Vehicle in good condition (provide transportation if needed)
Telephone -charger requires - (must be able to contact you while at work)

ADVANTAGES: A $ 10 - $ 25 per hour or more with tips
-Pay Rate: 10 to 15 $ per hour (only you paid to the location of customers)
Consulting: Customers sometimes bend and 100% of the peak is obtained (or divided among the crew)
1099 -Weekly payments

After working for more than 3 months, you will receive a performance evaluation. Review / increase in your presence, performance and quality of the cleaning and / or function of the position vary.
