Wind 33 wagons Tips: Start from scratch

McPherson County, Kansas -

Wind over 80 mph in parts of the county McPherson Wednesday night. Gusts were strong enough to jump more than 33 cars from the tracks in Galva. Crews arrived on Wednesday night and Thursday morning began cleaning. Crews need to move each vehicle separately a flatbed truck with two cranes and several men.

Neighbors say McClemore as Blake came when the storm came and the wind was so strong that it masks the sound of the switch station.

"I was out and I could barely keep still the wind was so strong. Entered the house just in time. All I could hear was the hail, but when I was out of the train, the first I saw," McClemore said.

The team say that the cleanup take more than a day to complete.
