Susanna Reid surprised his colleagues with their hygiene habits dirty rooms

How often do you change the sheets? Probably the most often Susanna Reid.

The presenter of Good Morning Britain admitted that not your sheets changed weekly - to the chagrin of many co-host Ben Shepherd.

Including washing once - the disclosure in a report on a clean cloth in which it is located GP Dr Hilary Jones discussed the best ways to get rid of bed bugs and dust mites and dirty linen trigger or intensify allergies came week.

Susana says Dr. Hilary: "I do not know to change the sheets every week I take a shower every day, but do not know to change the sheets every week, but that does not mean that you necessarily go to get bugs ...

"The problem is that if you have a respiratory illness and asthma if you have dirty sheets that can trigger something."

A survey Good Morning Britain, three quarters of the net viewers every week or two weeks, while almost a quarter wait a month or more before it into the machine.

Viewers of the show via social media to their cleaning habits to share beds - and while some have allowed their change of linen twice a week, while others were more like Susanna.

Susanna then added: "I said I'm going to take a leaf out of the books of our viewers.".
