Two national chain restaurants are to come under fire in recent weeks for its policy advice of the waiter.

Turtle Bay has been criticized for paying for employees a percentage of their sales table "in the restaurant (which means that the staff could be out of pocket), while the Brasserie Costa refused tip of claims went to the company. Instead, they are all employees are divided into the room.
