Massive cleanup efforts help homeowners recover from damage

Sunday massive cleanup were launched to the owners of Central Texas to help , from the damage to recover caused by the recent winter storm in the state.

The Austin Disaster Network (ADRN), Central Texas Disaster Volunteer Organizations (CTX VOAD), and Crisis Volunteer Management Platform Cleanup say they are working with Bastrop , Hays , Travis and Williamson counties and cities of Austin and Round Rock to help homeowners clean up and remove You dirt from the recent storm.

Homeowners with limited resources and capacity in Bastrop, Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties can seek assistance removing fallen trees, limbs, water-damaged interiors, and other storm-related damage. For assistance, homeowners can call the Crisis Clean Up toll-free number at 1-800-329-8052 for help cleaning their home and / or trash. House cleaning has priority between the two.

According to ADRN, customer information is then passed on to a network of voluntary organizations. These organizations will coordinate the cleanup work with the owners and ultimately send their volunteers to the owners to help clear debris and clean up damage from inland waterways and storms.

The Crisis Clean Up line was opened on Sunday at 3 p.m. and operates Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Homeowners can register under the number "Crisis Cleanup" for the next ten days until Tuesday, March 2nd.

According to ADRN, financial donations are still needed to support ADRN
