In her video , TikTok user Amy Gordon ( @ohlala_decor ) told viewers, "Here are three ways to keep my sink clean."

As the first piece of advice , the TikToker recommended throwing away hot, soapy water.

"After I rinse out my sink, I plug in the plug, fill it with soap and water, and then unplug it," Amy said.

He explained that this action "sends a steady stream of soap and water down the drain."

Amy also advised her followers to make a fizzy drink out of baking soda and vinegar.

He explained, "I let a cup of baking soda sit in the drain for about 10 minutes."

"Then add two cups of vinegar and let it sit for 10 minutes, then rinse well," Amy added.

In his latest stunt, he showed viewers how to use lemon and ice cubes to clean a sink drain.

"I cut half a lemon into small pieces and throw them in the sink with ice," he told his followers.

Amy continued, "I spread it out and had it all ground up to give it that delicious, fresh lemon scent."

"Clean the sink and it'll keep for a week," he explained.

In the comments section, she added, "If I had a bigger family or we cooked more, I would probably do the deep cleaning more often."

TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the hacks.
