Fall cleaning tips to keep your home free of allergens to fall

Many people think that allergies known as a problem in the spring, but most patients, the case can sniff to ask their own questions. Mold and ragweed are common allergy triggers in the fall, and dust mites, which are naturally more prevalent in the home in the driest months.

• Vacuum often. If you have carpets, wall tile or wood floors wall, it is important to remove dust and dirt. Empty, low steam mop or cleaned regularly.

"Use a vacuum cleaner with a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter captures small as allergens, irritants, and particulate emissions," says Wilson.

• Flush or freeze stuffed animals. If your child sleeps with his favorite stuffed animal, wash frequently or freeze them in a plastic bag for 48 hours. This is the amount of dust mites that can trigger asthma and allergies, to reduce.
