How to clean your shower head in a few easy steps

Taking a nice hot shower is one of life's great and simple joys. But when the water is no longer flowing freely, the mere thought of taking a shower can keep you from getting cold! Fortunately, there is a quick and easy solution to improving your water flow and pressure: just clean the shower head! If you've never done it before, it can seem like a daunting task. However, we can teach you how to clean a shower head in a few simple steps. It's that simple, we promise!

When shower heads don't provide strong and constant water pressure, it's often because the tiny holes are clogged with sediment from tap water, bacteria, and mold. If that sounds gross ... it's because it is! You should thoroughly clean the shower head at least once a month to remove mineral build-up such as limescale. Limestone not only slows water flow and lowers water pressure, but can also act as a breeding ground for harmful bacteria. Follow the instructions below to ensure that you and your family shower in the cleanest possible conditions.
