My neighbor's ivy grows on our fence | Home | sunday times

My neighbors have a large ivy growing on our shared fence. Every year I spend hours cutting and cleaning it. May I ask you to tidy it up or at least take care of it so I can get on with the rest of my gardening?

If the ivy encroaches on your land and the neighbor does not cut it, you have the right to cut it where it is on your land/property. Be careful not to damage the ivy or remove it entirely, as this could be considered trespassing or encroachment on a neighbor's property.
