Promising review: "I wanted to try a robot vacuum but didn't plan on spending $500. I bought it based on the great reviews and low price and it didn't disappoint. I bought it. I set it to spin." Every morning at 9 a.m. it turns off and cleans for at least an hour and a half before returning to the charging station because the battery is low. I like the fact that I can pick him up at any time and take him upstairs to one of our rooms and let him clean there, and I can do things while he vacuums.

It detects when it has reached an edge and does not go down the stairs. I was surprised that it came back full of dirt in the first five days, even though we had vacuumed it fairly regularly. Now that it works every morning and comes back half full (we have a dog and a cat), it's still amazing that it finds so much dirt and hair! He is coping very well with the changes in our factory and only needs a little help every now and then.

It appears to have a sensor directly in front of it and avoids obstacles in a straight line, gently collide obstacles on the sides and then it rotates a few more degrees and tries again until it comes out again. Even though I love him, our cat is very suspicious and follows him everywhere. :-)" –Dahna Brinkley
