Bathroom Basics:

Questions about hydration:
It is important to apply moisturizer within 3 minutes of bathing. It is recommended to use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic products and thicker creams or ointments instead of lotions in nighttime routines. In dry weather, moisturize your skin with night creams more often.
Diaper Area Care:

When to see a doctor?

- Persistent rash that lasts for more than a week.
- Signs of infection (redness, warmth, swelling)
- Cradle cap is serious but does not improve with frequent care.
- Rare birthmarks and skin changes.
