Spring is here and that means it's time for spring cleaning. When people think about spring cleaning, the first thought in my head is the house, but have you ever thought that it is also a good time to clean your health! Two.       Get Season - Find your local farmer's market. Buy seasonal foods and try to incorporate them into your daily meals. Seasonal produce is tasty and rich in nutrients.

Three.       Exercise Fun - Spring is the perfect time of year to combine social movement activities. Be creative to get the endorphins pumping it and think of things to do with friends, as they take salsa lessons, archery course or an evening stroll through the neighborhood.

April.       Get a Spring Tune-up - The appointment of the doctor are important, but often pushed by the wayside. Make a list and schedule all appointments at once: annual reports, examinations and dental cleanings, exams, etc.
