If you guessed that this photo was taken at North Quay, Weymouth, well done!
This atmospheric view looks west from North Quay.
A Portland-bound train can be seen heading up the river bank to Rodwell Station, and a few boats in the backwater contrast with the current busy scene.
Westwey Road was not yet built, nor were the major gasworks extensions of 1932, but these have since been removed.
