The woman who wears on TikTok the name Mama Mila and regularly their shares tips and tricks for cleaning and decorating, released a video after one of its supporters had asked her: "Can you show us how you wash your pillow?"

The clip shows fans how to wash their pillows and avoid crowds. It shows that this should be done every three to six months because the pillows can grow bacteria that are harmful to your skin and your health.

"Most can be machine washed," the video says.

"Wash two at the same time with warm water and a liquid detergent. Powder detergent can leave a 'film'," he continued.

Then add two drops of eucalyptus oil to "kill the mites," but when it comes to drying them out, the magic happens there.

The trick is to dry them flat and in the shade, but not to let them dry completely.

Then you have to throw them in the dryer for a quick last lint.

Put it in the sock with a ball or tennis ball in a sock for 5 minutes. This helps fluff the pillows and prevents them from "packing up," he said.

His fans were grateful for the advice, some of which had never been used before.

"Thank you," was a grateful answer.

"I can never dry my pillows completely if I wash them in the past," said another person.

While some people have asked what to do if you don't have a dryer, someone gave helpful and fun advice in the comments.

"I don't have a dryer, so I hit mine with a pan to fill it," he said.
