The psychology behind to- do lists and how they can make you less anxious : creating to-do lists gives us a sense of control, and removing items from those lists is very satisfactory, isn't it? A good to-do list can provide structure and give a visual report of what we have achieved during the day. So what happens if you rephrase your to-do list as a set of daily miniature goals and use the checklist as an action plan or as steps to achieve those goals?
