Football Tips: Celtic is committed to staying on course for a clean run

It's a great day for Celtic who want to keep the course for a triple quad .

The Scottish Cup semi-finals have been postponed from last season and Neil Lennon's men face Aberdeen in Hampden for the right to play Heart.

The first semi-final on Saturday was a bit of a surprise: Hearts defeated Hibs after extra time under unbearable conditions in the national stadium.

The Jambos boss dedicated the victory to the former skipper Marius Zaliukas, who died on Saturday at the age of 36. It's tragic and a fitting tribute to a player who has also played for Leeds and Rangers, especially if they keep taking the trophy.

Elsewhere on Sunday, the Rangers travel to Kilmarnock knowing that the win gives them a nine point lead over Celtic and a big lead.

Steven Gerrard sacked some players during the week against Lech Poznan so fatigue shouldn't be a problem and I want an improved team to beat a killie team that has given them big problems in the past. Rangers with 3-10 are good at pickups, though that dropped from 4-9.

Kevin Mac has published previews and predictions for the games at Hampden and Rugby Park and we also have previews from the Premier League .

The game of the day is Manchester United against Arsenal as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side try to build on their best performance of the season against Leipzig mid-week when they won 5-0 in the Champions League .

The other games are Aston Villa against Southampton, Newcastle against Everton and Spurs against Brighton. José Mourinho retired most of his captains during the week in Antwerp and are expected to beat Brighton with Kane e Son.

On the continent, most of the big games take place in Italy and France, and I'll study that a little.

A hat-trick from Rangers, Celtic, Spurs shouldn't be far off at Betfair between 23-10 and I could recommend it or offer alternative tips later or in the morning.

See all of our previews here.

My best bets on Saturday were Liverpool & btts, Man City to win to zero and Cove to beat Partick Thistle.

Congratulations to all of the winners including Desmond, Kevin Mac, and SlipsTips. And in the comments there were quite a few crackers like asfafc, andymac1980, and sean567.
