Rebel Beauty: care tips

I would say that most people know that washing your face is the basic first step in taking care of your skin. But how often should you do it, what tools and what cleaners should you use it with? Aha, not everyone will be able to answer this one time, so I'll go through the basics of skin care.

Starting with the right cleanser will put your skin on the right track. What to Look For While a cleanser that removes dirt, makeup residue, and oil clogged pores is absolutely essential, you also need to look out for ingredients that will also help soothe your skin. Without a sedative, the cleanser can free the skin of its natural oils and natural protective barrier and make the skin dry and cracked.

My current favorite cleaner is from My Dermatician . This is your new Clean Root Cleaner. Here's what's inside and why I love it:

Marshmallow root, dragon's blood and a complex of five ceramides create a hydra binding effect. Ceramides support the natural protective barrier and strengthen the lipid and water cohesion in the cell walls. Clean Root Cleanser ™ allows the skin to heal quickly to normalize the pH level for clean, glowing skin.

  • Freeze multitasking
  • Ceramide conditioning
  • Deep cleansing with moisturizing the roots
  • Brightens and heals the skin
  • pH balanced for healthy skin
  • Reduces inflammation

So this cleaner does everything I said and more. Cleansing the skin should be done twice a day. This is the product to be used.

I also just added the new Sonic Vibrating Cleaning Brush. It really amplifies the cleaning step. Such a beautiful design that it helps to light up my skin on my face AND on my body! I use this brush with my Clean Root Cleanser for the absolute best clean! It's a double sided brush so I can use the front for my face and the back for my body. I love that it's completely waterproof so I can take it in the shower. These are the highlights of the sonic cleaning brush:

Properties:

  • Waterproof
  • Skin-friendly, environmentally friendly and waterproof silicone that is safe and non-irritating.
  • Developed with a microporous structure that prevents bacteria.
  • 3000 contact points are recommended on the front to remove oil and makeup residue from the face every day.
  • The unique silicone dots on the back will help most problem areas and / or body acne.
  • The five-level variable speed gently exfoliates with vibration technology.
  • This pulsed technology removes embedded debris.
  • The lower speeds are said to help reduce tired, puffy, and dark circles around the eyes.
  • The mid-frequency pulses are aimed at areas that are prone to wrinkles, break down fine lines, lighten the skin, and restore elasticity and firmness.
  • With the intelligent reminder function, which stops automatically in three minutes, you can easily monitor your usage time.
  • The battery will be fully charged after two hours using the included rechargeable USB cable.
  • The simplified ergonomic design concept makes it easier to grasp and use.
  • The Dermatician is a wireless device that is charged via three metal points in the holder.

Now comes the important step of tightening the skin! Don't skip this! If you don't tighten your skin, you are essentially wasting the products you put on after washing your face. This anti aging serum? It won't help you much if it can't be absorbed, will it? Hence invigorating. Toning provides the much-needed additional protective barrier for the skin to prevent dehydration. It also helps the skin achieve a healthy pH level so it can retain the active ingredients in your serums, essences, and moisturizers. I use My Dermatician Milk. Like its detergent, this product is filled with ingredients that help stabilize the skin's barrier and promote product absorption.

Once your skin is tight, you can add these fragrances, ampoules, and serums! In what order should they be used? I start with the mildest product first, which is usually your essence. They are more like a water base and are very quickly absorbed through the skin.

Then come your serums. They're usually a bit thicker and look more like a gel. Apply by massaging it into the skin in an upward motion, then touching the skin to force the product into your pores. Helps the skin really absorb the benefits!

Finally, it's time for your moisturizers or balms. It's usually a heavy cream base and is best applied last. Again, the same type of application: massage, then tap.

If you follow the right steps in basic skin care basics, you can also experience the benefits of healthy, glowing skin.
