Dr. Beckmann, the maker of the Service-it Deep Clean washing machine cleaner, launched the campaign to surprise the nation by revealing how much dirt and grime will build up on your machine over time if it's not cleaned properly.

Apparently, a daily household washing machine contains more bacteria than the average toilet seat!
