Lynsey came to The Morning Show from her home in the UK and spoke about how people can be motivated when it comes to cleaning.

"Nobody really likes cleaning, I'm a minority," he said.

"But the goal of me, my social platform, and my book is to try to motivate, encourage, and try to make it a little more fun to involve the family, break it down into small, small, and common tasks . to just do it, dust yourself off and enjoy the weekends and sunbathe.

Lynsey explained that she always relied on some old-fashioned items she found in her kitchen to clean, like lemons, white wine vinegar, and baking soda, which are also environmentally friendly.

Crombie also gave some advice to Australians looking to start some traditional spring cleaning in their home by suggesting not to overdo it all at once.

She recommends deciding which areas of your home will have top priority when cleaning; turn off your phone to avoid distractions; and try to have fun introducing challenges like racing against the clock to get something cool.

Along with many people who work from home, Crombie has also suggested ways to perfectly clean your computer keyboard.

"Take your hair dryer and you can inflate your keyboard and it will repel dust, crumbs and dirt and all those little things."

"Having a pack of wet wipes or a good spray in the office is very useful just to keep it tidy," he explained.

And when it comes to the kitchen, Crombie has one simple tip to help you clean your pots and pans.

"Use a tea bag, it's really weird, but when you have a cup of tea you have the tea bag left, put it in your greasy pots and let the tea do the cleaning," he said.
