4M Building Solutions, provider of commercial cleaning and janitorial services, has appointed Eagle Enterprises, Ltd. acquired, a Wisconsin-based commercial cleaning company serving Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin.
The agreement is effective Saturday, October 1, 2022, announced Tim M. Murch, CBSE, President and CEO of 4M, based in St. Louis, and Amy Gotthardt-Muench, President of Eagle Enterprises.

The acquisition of Eagle Enterprises is 4M's third in 2022 and the company's tenth in four years. Wisconsin is a new market, 15th state, for 4M's fast-growing state, which reported nearly $106 million in revenue in 2021, a five-year period of more than 100% growth.
Gotthardt-Münch is the second-generation owner of Eagle Enterprises, the private company his father founded in 1995. Although the details of the sale are not disclosed, 4M gains nearly 100 commercial cleaning customers and 250 new team members. 4M will also acquire Eagle's corporate headquarters at 16655 Glendale Drive in New Berlin, Wisconsin and Madison office at 1250 Femrite Dr., Ste 205A in Monona, Wisconsin.
Eagle Enterprises cleaning, janitorial and disinfection services cover a variety of industries: Class A office buildings, corporate offices, churches, education/college education, light manufacturing and retail.
